Maybe in the basement if you have a very cool one like I do. In addition to that, just let your laptop cool, then play the game at a desk away from any other heat sources. Im waiting for it to finish updating now without the Multiple texture packs to see if that changes anything. CTD In a Particular Area Can Mean: An NPC in the area has messed up headparts. I have no clue how EBD is causing it, because the only thing I've changed recently is adding mutliple texutre packs for EBD to use. But once I activated EBD, I get a crash upon opening the menu. Go ahead and turn up your graphics settings.
